 The first (7) days of the month, “the first week”

 Breakfast during the first 7 days of a lactating woman's diet

 Breakfast is one of the following meals:

 3- Or a cup of milk + 2 tablespoons of oats
 4- Or 4 tablespoons of beans (without ghee or oil) + (1/4 loaf of bread)
 5- Or a cup of yogurt + (one cucumber)
 Between breakfast and lunch
 Two hours after breakfast, you can eat one fruit (guava - pear - kiwi - orange - half a banana - an apple) and with one fruit, have a cup of milk.

 You can choose from the following: -
 Sun loaf + canned tuna filtered from oil
 A quarter of a loaf of bread + 2 boiled eggs
 10 tablespoons of boiled rice + (2 grilled fish)
 10 tablespoons boiled pasta + (1/4 boiled or grilled chicken)
 2 pieces of skimmed cheese + (a loaf of age)
 Quarter kilo of grilled diet kofta + (quarter loaf of bread)
 And with lunch (a plate of green salad) + (a plate of cooked vegetables without ghee or oil)
 Two hours after lunch

 lunch:-
 Half boiled or grilled chicken, or
 3 or grilled fish
 2 pieces of cottage cheese or
 Quarter kilo of grilled kofta or
 A CNNof tuna filtered from the oil
 With lunch: - (a plate of green salad) + (a plate of boiled vegetables).
 Between lunch and dinner: -
 3 nuts + a cup of skimmed milk.
 Dinner:-
 100 grams of cottage cheese + tomato fruit + quarter loaf of bread.
 Or 2 cups light yogurt + 1 cucumber + a quarter loaf of bread
 Diet for breastfed babies to lose weight (the week
 the third)
 On an empty stomach for 7 days: - a cup of skimmed milk + a spoonful of honey bee (white honey)
 Breakfast on the first 6 days of the third week: -
 1 fruit + boiled egg + 1 cucumber + brown toast slice (3) days

 1 cup yogurt + 1 cucumber (a day)
 200 gm of cottage cheese + quarter loaf of bread (day)
 Two hours after breakfast for the 6 days (a cup of skim milk + a fruit).
 Lunch: - The first 6 days
 A can of tuna without oil (day)
 Half a boiled chicken (day)
 2 grilled fish (day)
 3 tablespoons of rice + 2 slices of boiled meat (a day)
 3 spoons of pasta + (a quarter of a kilo of grilled kofta) (a day)
 A can of tuna + a quarter of a loaf of bread (a day).
 Of course, with lunch (salad plate + healthy cooked vegetable plate).
 Between lunch and dinner for the 6 days (one dried fruit) + (a cup of skimmed milk).
 The first 3 days of dinner will be (a plate of green salad) + (one fruit) + (a quarter of a loaf of bread).
 Dinner on day 4-5-6 will be (a cup of yogurt + one cucumber).

 The seventh day, the day of Free

 Breastfeeding diet to lose weight (4 week plan)
 The first need on an empty stomach throughout the seven days
 A cup of skimmed milk with two tablespoons of white honey
 As for breakfast for the first 3 days, it will be as follows: -

 Two hours after breakfast: - A cup of skimmed milk

 As for lunch and dinner, the first 3 days: - A cup of Jawali yogurt 150 grams.
 Dinner will be the same as breakfast, with a cucumber and a tomato added.
 Day 4, 5 and 6 plans.
 Breakfast: - 2 boiled eggs + a quarter of a loaf of bread

 Or a quarter of a loaf of bread + a quarter of 

a kilo of Quraish cheese

 Between breakfast and lunch: - A cup of skim milk + a fruit
 Lunch will be like the first 3 days (boiled eggs, a quarter of a kilo of cottage cheese, a can of tuna without oil, or a quarter of a kilo of grilled kofta, ...)
 Between lunch and dinner: - 5 nuts + a cup of yogurt
 Dinner: - A piece of fat-free cheese + one cucumber + a quarter of a loaf of bread
 The seventh day: - Free
 Important information about the fourth week:-
 Drink a lot of water every day.
 It is not allowed to eat bread, rice or pasta at lunch all week long, except on the free day.
 Please do not neglect to eat a salad plate and a plate of healthy cooked vegetables with your lunch
