 The damages of cosmetics did not depend on the above only, but some cosmetic companies are taking advantage of the absence of government oversight to add banned chemicals and a few days ago, the Ministry of Health announced the presence of fake cosmetics in the market, explaining that they are counterfeit creams for Italian products and that they are not registered with the Central Administration of Pharmaceutical Affairs  And it demanded the seizure of any quantities of the aforementioned preparations in all pharmaceutical establishments and warned citizens against using them.

 Some women and girls believe that counterfeit cosmetics are safe on the skin and do not differ from international products except that they are available on the market at lower prices, but the truth is otherwise. According to Dr. Muhammad Hassan Khalil, head of the Committee for Defending the Right to Health, to Al-Ahram Gate, the counterfeit products did not  Its aim is not to reduce the cost to the user, but rather it is under suspicion and being insecure for women's health.

 Dr. Hani Al-Nazer, a consultant dermatologist, told Al-Ahram Gate that the damage to cosmetics on the skin and skin is that some women have allergies, which appear in the form of inflammation in the place of application of the makeup, and it does not take long to treat.

 He adds that these products sometimes interact with the sun's rays, especially in the afternoon, and this results in brown spots on the face, so it is advised not to go out with makeup during the day.

 And he confirms that cosmetics do harm to the skin, but they do not go beyond causing severe allergies to some women, and their damages do not reach the stage of cancer, saying: "Cosmetics cause skin cancer a false rumor that has no scientific basis."
